To Exist 03:45
Unnamed fears wrench me awake. Confined by a stranger's skin, it stretches as the fear grows enormous. I'm tearing at the seams, the terror binge perpetual. The pain is promised in the break of every dawn, The immense mental labor of lucidity. Our brains buckling under the weight of their own thoughts. The defective thought machines. I keep my cowardice in its place. But it's scratching at the walls. I yearn for release. Fleeting moments of beauty are obscured in time, by the torturous monotony of existence. And we are taught, This is good. This is life. We never wanted this. We never have a choice, and yet we are. I drink from the cup when seldom it's offered to me, And I can't deny, I am happy when the reaper claims me, We are the climax of the perfect execution. Born from nothing we fight never to revert. Fleeting moments of beauty are obscured in time, by the torturous monotony of existence. And we are taught, This is good. This is life.

Behold! The existential iron curtain falls. In all its glory, the answer lies before us. Confusion eradicated. The knowledge empowers beyond belief, exploiting the secrets within, we evolve. Every sin is settled, Every digression forgiven. We are ultimate. The grand finale, Of our sordid reality made pure. And in this purgatory we shall stay. Demented forms of what once was, The faces scrubbed clean of every distinguishing mark, Every scar is eradicated. Unblemished puritans for the new age. And in the end every man holds his hands to the sun, Cold blank eyes, and empty, every one.

I dug my claws in deep. Sanity never came that easy, But I never could see the attraction. I dug my claws in deep. I loathe the crowds. The smugness, the contented hordes, Everyman bloated on self-satisfaction. Implicitly disgusting. The very nature of man breeds an innate hatred. I pursued the heavens above, All who witnessed me saw glory. From their fear, inferred success. The freedom aroused an innate elation. I mused, naivety overgrown, I'd found the solitude besought. But a vulture rarely is alone, And as a venue we were caught.

One moment more, And the disconnection is complete. It's been concocting now for hours, The End is imminent. Loss of all control. Internal darkness overwhelms the flickering light of intelligence, Extinguishes the flame. Where is the mind now? Here's the flesh for all to see. It walks, it talks. Questions abound. It seems the same. It flails, it wails. But something can't be found. The higher being seems to have absconded. Ashamed by its own creation. And it will only return with a vengeful wrath. Ashamed of its own creation. Whatever provocation cannot be justified. It is weakness in its purest form. It is the escape we all crave but cannot afford to administer, Dumb down for the masses. A temporary cure for intelligence. A transient repeal from the dredges of life, Only to return to us with bitterness on its breath, To cut our Achilles tendons and stand on our necks.

Infantile 03:33
The firmament shakes precarious, and there is where there was not. As shapes take form it grows immense, Thirst astounding and hunger bizarre. Light trickles in, Fed by gods above, And it warms in the glow. The cracking shell of comfort compromised, It's vulnerable now to every concept conceived, To every concept conceived. Born from nothing, It becomes all. And all is received with open arms. The lights ignite and they're brighter than ever expected, Every preceding reality rejected, How did it get to this? Is this the only catalyst? We must build the barriers, Lest anarchy and turmoil ensue within. Confusion and conflict it will bring, Unless we build, the barriers. Unless we build.
6.
Misguided 02:23
Are we still here? How long have I been walking? The caravan never slows, and every day my mind grows colder. The premise long forgotten, I'm brainwashed and struggling to survive. Where once lay road, There is snow. We cannot see through. We have not the time to dig. So we embrace reckless abandon, Straight ahead. This is our way. We listened to the preachers, But their confidence fades by the day. The wind shapes my form skeletal, tearing my features unrecognizable. The chill burns my naked eyes, Seeping through cloth to stab the flesh with ice. I trudge on. We put our faith in others to lead the way. Every torch lit is extinguished under their feet. Every initiative diminished. The truth is not ours to know. They advocate blind faith and we follow. What other choice do we have? The blizzard is merciless, And we are afraid.

Thanatos, man and earth aligned, We are cogs in the machine. Deterministic principle defined, We are the universal being. We are the universal being. Living to die, We drain vitality till none remains. We turn to the sky, Oblivious, the nature of our brains. Blue, red, grey sky. Can't you see it's the same? Our lives integral to the lie, We worship our own names. Cursing all else to deform, We aggrandize and meliorate, We out-do, out-perform, The singularity of self-hate. Predisposed suicide, We rush to the finish line. The destruction incumbent upon us to create, malevolent, twisted, divine. The preacher's disdain, The pretentious arrogance, Would remove the human brain, From its part in the cosmic dance. Determinism speaks truth, The science we cannot reject, To separate ourselves from the whole is no use, We are agents of cause and effect. We are the agents of cause and effect. We are the agents. We are the agents of cause and effect.
